How does the Pound Shave Club membership work?

It’s really easy. You sign up here and click on “Build your own plan” next to the razor you want, simply build your own plan then create an account with your postal address and billing details. We post you your chosen razor cartridges/heads and a handle. After that we bill and ship you replacement cartridges/heads for your razor at a frequency you chose during sign up (once a month, once every two months, once every three months), like a subscription. You can cancel anytime.

Do you send free handles?

We send you a free handle in your first delivery and if you change shaving plans to a razor head that requires a new type of handle we will again send you a free handle.  However, if you decide to change back  to a razor head that requires a handle we have previously supplied to you free of charge we won’t be able to send you a second identical handle free of charge.

What comes in my first delivery?

Your first shipment will arrive with your handle, 3 cartridges/heads, and any extras you ordered, every other shipment will include 4 cartridges/heads and any extras you ordered.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

You can cancel your membership with us at any time by logging into your account and clicking "cancel."  Please do contact us if you are experiencing problems as we want to do everything in our power to help.

Do I need an account?

As we are running a membership program you do require an account with us, however this is a very simple process that is completed during check out and is completely free.  As soon as you have your account you can cancel your membership or switch shaving plans at the touch of a button.

Can I switch plans?

Absolutely.  You can change your plan at any time by clicking on “switch subscription” from within your account.

Can I pay over the phone?

Apologies but we only accept major credit/debit cards and paypal through the website at this time.  Our awesome razors are just a few clicks away:-http://www.poundshaveclub.com/shavingplans/

Can I have multiple memberships from one account?

Unfortunately not.  At present our system only allows one membership per customer, however we are working on this.  Until we find a solution we are more than happy for customers to register multiple accounts each with different email addresses.
